Danaides et Lavancher

The wide Le Lavancher (Savoyard for avalanche) couloir sits in the Solaise area, and is one of those most accessible around. It runs down to the small villages of Le Laisinant and Le Fornet.

Due to the ~35° slopes of Le Lavancher and various approaching cliffs, it’s best done in clear visibility and stable conditions. This off-piste is suited best for expert skiers of 12+ weeks experience.
